Shipping Options and Costs
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $100 will incur a handling fee of $5.99.
Heavy or Oversized Items: A shipping fee of $12.75 applies to items marked as heavy, and a fee of $2.75 applies to items marked as oversized. This fee will apply to up to 5 units of an item per order. No fee will be applied to units 6+ of that item per order.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited and special delivery options, such as second-day air or overnight delivery, are available for an additional charge. In zones where next-day delivery isn’t available, you may request overnight priority for an extra charge.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery dates will vary based on the carrier’s shipping practices, the items in your order, and your delivery location.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Next-Day Delivery: Items marked “Next-day delivery” will be delivered the next business day if ordered Mon-Thu by 2:00 p.m. local time.
1-2 Day Delivery: Items marked “1-2 Day Delivery” will arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 3:00 p.m. local time.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as American territories such as American Samoa, Federated Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer direct international shipping. Orders from outside a U.S. state or territory must include a stateside address for shipping. Customers are responsible for forwarding orders from the stateside address to the final destination.
Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that are damaged or altered may not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Email our Customer Service team at info@tajaragroup.com to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Pack Securely: Pack the item securely and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt for your records.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to send back the original item. Then, place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@tajaragroup.com. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
